There are several tools I use. We pay our water sewer bills, we can access the GIS surveys for quoting purposes, all of the community events are listed and most of all, we can better access our Village officials (just hope they return the emails) however there is now a record of a contact so there will be accountability.
We can access our tax records both past and present as well as confirm that our payments are being properly and timely applied.
As an intergovernmental information system, we can access records for our reports and fire investigations. We have recently implemented a program that alerts us to a residence of business that has a special needs person in it so we can plan our response accordingly.
